The first thing I ask for when I come home is my mom’s “cheesey noodles”, cooked in her huge, red, Le Creuset pan.
“Cheesey noodles” are what home tastes like and the pan is what it looks like.
Sometimes I would like to crawl inside and curl up amongst the garlic and cream like a noodley womb.
